for the running community. This past Christmas, a friend of mine gifted me with the book Born to Run. It is an amazing, inspirational, mind blowing book.
One of the main characters, “Caballo Blanco” who also goes by Micah True, was found dead on a trail in New Mexico.

He was 58 years young. Although his cause of death has not been determined, I like to think that at least he was doing what he loved when his time came. I hope his family finds peace in this time of sorrow. I know he’s inspired me, I hope others find inspiration in his story. RIP Caballo Blanco.
Now, I’m going to drink a bottle of water, lace up my shoes, and go for a run.
